"It was definitely pet friendly. Pet hair was everywhere, it smelled awful. There were dogs barking the entire night. This was just a stop on the leg of our journey and we could not wait to leave."

"We stayed for one night. Most of the guests were long term guest as far as we could tell. Craftsman, as there were multiple large trucks in the parking lot. Our immediate neighbors made an extraordinary amount of noise that night, loud music and loud voices. Not sure if the walls were thinner than most or not. The front desk is not manned after 8:00 pm but the emergency number posted in the room indeed worked, and our complaint to this number was handled within 30 -45 minutes. They were quiet the rest of the night. Doors began opening and slamming shut automatically around 5:00am —off to work. To cap our stay, the fire alarm was engaged by whomever (there was no fire) at 6:00 am and man does it work great! Loud and strobe lights inside the room! We had a kitchen which was nice and a few dishes, but nothing to clean the pans with, yes there was a dishwasher and we were able to run it. The toilet paper holder had been partially pulled out of the wall. To be fair I’m sure not everyone would experience the things we did, but upon checking out, there were no apologies given. Front desk attendant said “things happen” ."

"The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The room was very filthy, hair in bathroom, hair in towels, bugs in room, walls very thin could hear all conversations, needs a lot of repairs. "

"Everything was wonderful! It was a long day of travel, and we checked in late, but the staff was so kind and accommodating, the facility was fresh and inviting and the rooms were extremely comfy with generous space and amenities. Would absolutely recommend (we will be back later this week even, on our return trip). "
