"Room was newer but very quick clean given and soap rings, stains on counters which were fresh so someone didn’t do their full job. Building and everything newer though "

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast each morning was delicious as well as the dinner in the evening. "Breakfast was average. Our tv remote didnt work. So we got batteries. Still didnt work. Got another remote still didnt work. Had to use our daughter across the halls remote. Their bedding was dirty so had to have that changed right when we got there. Other guests had issues with their room keys not working. Windows were filthy with fingerprints. Floors around the beds were clearly not vaccumed. Screens were tore. Our spout in the tub wasnt screwed into the wall so we did that. No coffee pot in the room. "

"At no point did I think "this place is gross"; the shower was fairly warm; most of the lights worked; the bed was totally decent. That's a 5 star experience at this price point"
