"Nothing fancy but it is a clean motel with a fantastic location. Staff was friendly and helpful only complaint was check in was a t 4 and our room wasn't ready until 4:45 as they were "waiting for sheets"."

"We loved this hotel, really nice amenities, great rooms. I wish we had planned less activities and spent more time at the hotel. If you want to stay in the hotel, plan to spend a day in the hotel. Breakfast ends at 11 and bar closes at around 10 depending on crowd."

"This is a very nice hotel only a mile from the Saratoga Springs downtown. Included are useful amenities such as shuttle bus service to all local points of interest including the downtown and racetrack, a complementary breakfast with a very good selection, an outdoor pool, and a pleasant lobby/reception area. The rooms are clean and well maintained with just one shortcoming. While the bathrooms are clean and modern, the shower enclosures could use some attention. Judging by the 2 rooms booked by myself and our friends, the enclosures had some discoloration from water stains along the joints in the walls; nothing horrible but visually unappealing. Aside from that one issue, the hotel is very nice and I would reserve a room there for a future visit."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and nice. Parking garage a bit pricey but worth it. You can't beat the location, only steps away from all the action! Would definitely stay there again."

"This place is like a little cabin in the woods. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had nice A/C! We slept great. There aren’t really any amenities but if you need a place to sleep and take a shower it serves its purpose. The person was easily reachable for help but he was not located on the property. There were weird neighbors that left trash outside on their front porch and Barbie doll parts on the roof so that could be cleaned up but otherwise it was fine. The room looked just like the photo! We had the cabin with the double queen beds."

"If you are looking for a bed and breakfast Inn, Look no further. This location has it all. We just returned from spending 3 nights at The Circular Manor and it was a fantastic experience. The owners, Dieter and Michele Could not be more accommodating. Excellent breakfast, close to restaurants, racetrack and Just a very warm and welcoming home.
