Top Lake Gogebic Hotel Reviews
AmericInn by Wyndham Silver City
8/10 Good
"Make sure you bring whatever you need. Because there are no stores around to replace things like shoes or anything. Besides that the stay was great"
Snowriver Mountain Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Very quaint property, beautiful landscape. Room at the lodge was small but worked perfectly for us, good breakfast. Staff on site were really friendly."
Royal Motel
8/10 Good
"The Royal Motel is a vintage single story motel. The stained carpet was not a good first impression as we walked into our room, but otherwise it was clean and it is evident that efforts have been made to maintain the motel well. The owner was friendly and welcoming as we checked in. He made recommendations about places to eat when I asked and we chose one and were very satisfied. The room was already warm when we arrived - a welcomed experience on a very cool and windy day - and the thermostat worked that we could adjust as needed. There was a wall air conditioner for warmer days. There is a T.V. and coffee maker in the room with coffee packs and condiments. Our room had a table with two comfortable chairs and two queen size beds. The fan in the bathroom was a little noisy but there was also a light over the sink that did not require the use of the fan. We did not use the shower but soap and shampoo was available. There was ample parking outside the room. The grounds were well lit."
Cedars Motel
8/10 Good
"The hotel was cheap and clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that the walls are so thin that people slamming dresser drawers in the room next to us (their dresser was on the same wall as our bed) and walking around upstairs was noisy enough to keep me awake (but not my husband!). That and the unusual practice of "opening" our room for us and leaving the old fashioned key in our unlocked room. Kinda seems like some sort of "turn down" service, but I just don't know. It seemed odd. Even so, we would likely stay again because the room was large, scrupulously clean and the staff was just so darn nice!"
Budget Host Cloverland Motel
10/10 Excellent
"Clean and very functional. Lots of outlets and charging ports."
Silver Sands Hotel RV Park
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the location, just a mile outside the Porkies, beach access across the street. Nice outside area to relax that included a firepit. Very basic continental breakfast, nothing fancy. Appreciated the Keurig coffee dispenser. Interior was very clean, it was obvious the owners are giving the place TLC as it is older. Would recommend to others."
Scott's Superior Inn and Cabins
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay in the Whitetail Cabin. Very clean, well equipped, and right on the lake!"
Magnuson Hotel Ironwood
10/10 Excellent
"The room is clean and well maintained"
Quality Inn Ironwood
10/10 Excellent
"We wanted for nothing. Staff was most helpful with points of particular interest."
