The room had a awful cleaning smell and the room is very dated. Rug was very old and stained. The air conditioner had no knobs to adjust the temp and it leaked. It was very had to understand the staff due to the broken English. The pictures on the website are deceving and the price for the room was outrageous for the state the room was in.

Rooms are horrible and they smelled moldy. Also, the water pressure in the shower was horrible almost to nothing. No signal on the TV for cable. Rooms have carpet which stinks. Would not recommend this place for any of my friends or anybody else. I will never stay at this location again.

Poor experience within 15 mins of arrival. Carpets and walls were dirty, and should be more like $50 a night. They put us in the “wrong room,” and asked us to move rooms from a two bed to one bed room. I couldn’t accept because there was 3 of us. The fire alarm went off (3 loud beeps) every 15 mins. People running around up and down the stairs until 3:30 am. To top it all off, my daughter woke up with bed bug bites all along one side of her buddy. They shared that they would give a refund and it would be fixed the same day. I called back the next day to check on the status and they then shared that they couldn’t. Horrible place.

The room was clean looking. Only half of the outlets worked. Our TV never worked despite multiple promises of repair. The bunk bed was broken. The property is very run down. The only breakfast offered was coffee from a 10 cup pot which we were told had a limit of 1 cup each. We had a telephone on the overnight table not connected to service. Wi Fi was so weak, our phone provider was used instead. Air conditioning could not cool rooms until the second day we were there. Ran them continuously Staff wearing cut offs and tank tops. No badges or uniforms One mop and one bucket used to clean all rooms. I have pictures. Fireworks were displayed in the parking lot until 4 AM On the back of the food, we found and empty information sleeve. No safety information Please call me.

While the staff was very amiable the bed bugs weren’t. The bug were bold enough for me to able to find them on my body and clothes when the lights were turned on and when I pulled back the sheets I discovered the distinctive markings of their past exploits, blood splattered throughout.

It would be nice if they used the restaurant part to ser breakfast lunch and/or dinner, instead of using it as a hookah lounge. People go to lake george for fun activities. Thats the only thing i would change. Turn it into a breakfast place with a gift shop and you've got it made

This is just an old building. No frills. Great, if you are just there to sleep. Lake George is such a great area. If your on a budget..this is perfect. View is amazing and the pool is nice. So close to everything.
