We liked the room overall. It was a bit dated but worked for a family of 4 with small kids. It was really loud at night. We could hear everything outside and above our room. The waterpark was okay. It gets VERY crowded and the locker rooms/towels could be a lot better. The restaurants are not good. Food costs a fortune but you would get better quality from McDonalds. The wait staff is wonderful though. We thought the miniature golf course was a joke and couldnt find the bowling alley. We loved the horses and other wildlife wondering the property and the Grand Geneva property has really good food. We will not be coming back to Timber Ridge. We like the main resort so much better. It's a completely different experience and you can still go to the waterpark if you want which is nice.

We loved the indoor water park. We enjoyed the jacuzzi-style bath tub in the hotel room bathroom. The bedding provided for the sofa bed could have been better but you can call for room service for this. The kitchen in the room is very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel was convenient, but a bit overpriced. I would encourage the property to discount their food or provide free breakfast, to give guests greater value. These things would bring me back more frequently.

Nice place for kids, we had a 2 bedroom which was just a 1 bedroom with a loft. Room was very tight and didn’t feel like you had much space.

Pool/waterpark is perfect for families with good hours! The offer ice cream in their shop until 10pm. Their internal restaurant has good options, however our fries were over fried (hard) and chicken was tuff. We loved taking the trolly to the Grand Geneva for a nice dinner. We ordered pizza from mama cicilies vs the hotel because they have just thick crust. The pool area has an awesome snack shack, with hot food, snacks, icees, novelty ice cream, canned beer/white claw and a full service bar. We were there for 4 days and only 1 person checked my beach bag and actually made me put two snack size check mix behind the counter. (Eye roll). The game room is fun and staffed well. I love the texting option to the front desk. Very responsive. Overall great stay!

Very accommodating visit. Fun is there for the whole family. We spent about 4 hours at the waterpark, and my girls still weren’t ready to leave. We will return.
