「Along with other hotel guests, we had an unprecedented issue on our final night staying at this hotel, when a freak hail storm severely damaged our hire car. We found the reception staff to be exceedingly helpful, to us and to all guests, in helping us organise tow trucks and leaving the hotel/journeying elsewhere. The reception staff worked tirelessly all day with no breaks, keeping guests updated on the status of our tow trucks, and in our case speaking Italian on the phone to the tow truck...

「Room was a bit tired but perfectly acceptable. Loads of space both in the room and bathroom. Nice partial lake view from the room/balcony. Breakfast was good and was kept topped up by staff. Seating outside under shades. Centre of Malcesine about 20-30 mins walk from the hotel along the lake.」

「Absolutely fantastic hotel. Right in the centre of town only meters from the restaurants and shops and at the base of the castle cliff. The room was modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river, and free Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. The breakfast was also lovely and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Having its own little bouldering room and hang board is really unique!
