「Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und es war zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Auch wenn es nur ein paar geringe Parkplätze gab, war aber um das Hotel herum immer die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu finden. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und das restliche Personal auch sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Frühstück gute Auswahl. Frische Eier nach Bestellung, Obst/Gemüse zum Saft pressen, top! Möbel waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Daybeds im 1 Stock nicht so schön anzusehen aber dann haben wir...

「Enjoyed staying at Hotel Serenella very much. Little bit difficult to get to as it is located in a pedestrian area of Sirmione, but worth the effort. The pool was great, and liked having both breakfast and drinks in the garden. Walked to restaurants and the ferry. Sara was amazing. She helped us with transportation to Verona during the rail strike which relieved our stress and allowed us to enjoy our time. 」

Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「War eine schöne Unterkunft wir waren 3 Nächte da und die Lage war super, man hat viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe und der Strand ist auch nur 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt an der schönen hafenpromenade entlang. Das Hotel war sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hätte bisschen vielfältiger sein können aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in einem kann ich das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. 」
