「酒店一般，离克利夫兰有点距离，管理比较严格，刷卡进楼。房间有炉灶但不提供厨具和餐具。前台有卖，20刀一套，要花40刀才能自己做饭，所以最好自己提前准备！」

「The only thing that was ok were the hot ,decent shower & the bed was clean.No hand towel, no TP, no soap.I had to go buy my own. First thing I noticed was the stale cigarette odor and the smeared dirty looking mirror over the sink. The sink clogged every time I ran the water. The toilet at the bottom one side was disgustingly dirty, top of the fridge, vent hood and the coffee pot was covered in dust . No way would I use that coffee pot. The freezer had old ice laying on the bottom with food...

「We booked this motel mainly because we have kids and they wanted to swim in the pool. The pool was not filled up and when we asked about it the staff said they didn't know when it would be filled up. Was a real bummer for my kids. Probably won't be back there or recommend」

「I'll state facts over my opinion...the first room I was assigned didn't have a working air conditioner. The second room I was assigned had a broken toilet and no remote for the TV. The carpet was dirty in both rooms. Only good thing was the bed was comfy and clean.」

「After a storm the hotel power went out from 3:30pm until 11:30pm. Guests were not provided with any information on power restoration ETA. The restaurant closed for dinner two hours early without notice and didn’t serve breakfast, only fruit and granola bars at the front desk (only the lobby and restaurant had power). The front desk won’t answer calls from third party booking services making it a problem to get any type of refund. We were not offered to be walked to another property with power...
