They need to plow the snow that is in their lot. Especially near the handicap parking and front sidewalk. As an older person, trying to walk on a snow pile does not work! The only complaint is that Orbitz gave me the option to chose if I wanted 2 queen beds or 1king. I chose the 1king for my husband and I. When we checked in, we were told we would have 2 queen beds, which is unacceptable, but the hotel corrected it
