Find Resorts & Hotels with Spas in Lake Bled - Julian Alps

Super nice right at the center of Kobarid.

The location was great being close to the Vintgar Gorge Trail and having beautiful scenery.

Highly recommend. Place felt brand new. Breakfast was more extensive than pictured to include eggs cooked to order. Staff very helpful. Nice view of farm from our deck. Couple minutes walk to lake and restaurants, super market, swimming area and boat dock for getting to island church. Lake is stunning. We stayed four nights and used as base to visit Ljubljana (45 minutes), hike in alps, gorge hike (forget name, but it’s like 10 minutes) and Lipizzan stud farm (under two hours). Bottom...

The best. Traveling with 2 friends for the last 30 years over much of the world, I would rank this one of the most delightful small hotels. Lovely third floor suite overlooking Lake Bled complete with the perfect castle highlighted by a rainbow. Staff was young and professional while maintaining a warm sense of humor. Arranged all of our requests immediately and were helpful with excellent suggestions for our three days in the area. Variety of guests from a Lebonese biking group speaking French...

Beautiful setting! We have a west facing unit on third level, facing lake Bohinj. The sunrise and sunset views are spectacular. Great breakfast options as well. Highly recommend this place.

The chateau is small yet perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the things we needed for simple meals. We even took advantage of using the sauna. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Everything was really lovely, my room was very clean- which is always my main concern at hotels. The pool area was fantastic, and so was the breakfast. We had a room with a lake view and it was stunning...... I have no complaints, it was terrific.

Excellent hotel in quiet Julian Alps, big and clean room, great spa (excellent massage). Ideal for all king of outdoor activities. Breakfast is good. Person at reception speak excellent English, are welcoming and helpful. Would go back again.

Centrally located. Very nice apartment.

Wow views and location!!! We got a lake view balcony, super happy with the incredible view of the castle and church everyday. Watching the scene during sunrise and sunset is such a treat! Breakfast buffet is great! Love the variety. Also great window views in the breakfast hall. Swimming pool and gym is a plus! Got my fitness in. Also the view from the swimming pool top floor is amazing. I just wish there is a hut tub. Staff very friendly and attentive. We had a shower head problem,...

Staff very helpful.....Breakfast was very good and varied.....the location was central with parking

Excellent breakfast. Location in a very scenic setting.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Very close to hiking and waterfalls.

Great hotel in Slovenia. Ski run literally next door. Way more posh than the price suggests. Game room, bar, free parking, minutes from Austrian border and Lake Bled, outstanding breakfast...just a great place to stay.

Lovely picturesque location. Worth keeping the window open at night to feel a cool mountain breeze. Staff are very friendly and room was quite clean and functional. The buffet breakfast is amazing, with almost any food item you would ever want. Definitely need to return!

We stayed a total of four nights while hiking in the Julian Alps. The hotel was very accommodating, at one point allowing us to extend an extra night when the weather was bad. The staff (whose English overall was quite good) also helped us change a reservation at one of the mountain huts. The breakfast buffet is generous, and the free wi-fi was easy to use and had a good connection. We would stay at the Kompas again if in KG.

Exterior look not very impressive, interior very pleasant. Water park is really clean with good water temperature. Location of the hotel is not so interesting, small town with not many activities in it (but lot of options for excursions nearby, though).
