"The room overall was clean however there were crumbs on the bathroom counter and floor. But tub and toilet were clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in! It was good to find extra blankets in dresser drawers. We were in second floor and we asked where the elevator is and were told there are no elevators so this could be hard for some people doing the stairs."

"Property was easy to navigate and clearly marked. Visited the pool and hot tub area on the evening of our stay and found it neat and extremely relaxing and clean. They had tea, coffee and cookies offered in a counter area to the side. The room was excellent, one king bed with large counter and sink. Separated shower and toilet with door. The A/C heating unit was quiet. Two negatives: first floor room curtains need to close, small gap made me feel like someone could see in the room from the parking lot. Television volume couldn’t be adjusted without much effort and slowly increasing volume otherwise it would adjust back to no volume. Very weird!"
