The hotel is not disabilities friendly….my mom had a hard time getting around and if she wanted to go to the pool would have to walk all the way around to get to the lower levels. This was so perfect. We got stranded and flights were cancelled due to the blizzard back east, and we were able to extend our stay 2 days. Very beautiful ocean front room and beach access. We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Maui. The property is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right by the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the amenities made everything easy and enjoyable. The views were amazing, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Spotless room. Excellent and friendly staff! Great breakfasts! Couple issues: bathroom under lighting went off and on ALL NIGHT. We finally unplugged the light. Couldn’t get out of the self park twice. Had to park and go to the lobby. A bit frustrating. Pool service very slow generally poor service.
