「We just checked out this morning and this review is the most updated and honest. We arrived at the airport last evening. The resort provided free shuttle service, which is reliable and prompt after they confirmed your need. The room itself was clean and spacious. The receptionist is also friendly. Overall, the resort is good from many perspectives.
Convenient stores, restaurants, and massage shops are walkable from the hotel. The night would be too boring.
For those who arrived late and needs...

「I stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall had a pleasant experience.
The location is quite convenient, about a 30‑minute drive from Phuket International Airport. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, and the sea view from the room is wonderful — perfect for a quiet getaway.
Breakfast was decent, though the variety was somewhat limited. When checking in, the hotel required a cash deposit and wouldn’t accept a credit card at first, which was inconvenient. After I explained I...

「Pretty nice and friendly and helpful staff. Room is very clean. But the room I have (4107) air conditioning has some problem. It's very coldnand cannot adjust the temperature. You can either turn it on or turn it off. And mosquito is a headache too. We found the Electric mosquito coil under the TV second night. Its much better after we light the mosquito coil. Overall still satisfied this stay. Recommended.」
