An excellent boutique hotel experience - staff were helpful and friendly, onsite restaurant was great for breakfast, dinner and cocktails. Amazing views and a great location close enough to town to be convenient but out of the crowds.

Hotel Vivenda Miranda is so beautiful! The grounds are like a garden oasis and the views gorgeous. We had a fabulous stay here. The staff are over the top in amazing customer service. We had dinner at the hotel every night - the menu and class is excellent. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Vivenda Miranda!

Such a beautiful resort located on a bluff overlooking the ocean with full amenities! The restaurant on site offered a lot of selection and the food was excellent. Staff were very nice helpful. Location was ideal - just a short car ride to downtown Lagos (so outside of the busy town but close to enjoy all the activities and restaurants), beautiful boardwalk and trails accessible right from the hotel and beaches within walking distance. Grounds offered lots of spots to relax and enjoy the sun and views. Pool and spa onsite. Loved our stay here!

We had a lovely patio overlooking the well maintained garden and ocean. The lounge chairs allowed for deep relaxation after a busy day exploring. Breakfasts were freshly made and delicious. The rooms were well appointed and the beds very comfortable.

Superb. With a location like this the hotel doesn't need to be that good but it was. It surpassed all our expectations. The staff were wonderful, like family. The food was excellent. Everything was perfect....and the views. Counting the days until I can return.

The staff could not be more accommodating, happy and helpful. We received a very warm welcome. Our room - double delux with terrace - was huge and well appointed with plenty of closets and drawers for a comfortable stay. we spent 5 nights and it was alwasy a pleasure to return to the peaceful and beautiful atmosphere after a day out. On Friday night they had a great singer at happy hour. The Miranda restaurant is wonderful. We loved the food, the staff and even the chef who comes out to make sure everyone is happy. We travel often all over and this is one hotel we will remember! highly recommended. If you have a car it is a 5 minute drive to Lagos.

Fabulous hotel. Stunning views and first class in every way. Very boutique - only 15 rooms and each unique in design. Spacious (king bed, double closet, huge bath with views) and ours had a large veranda overlooking the pool, beach and ocean. The Miranda restaurant and bar is excellent in both menu and service. 5 minute walk to beach and 3km clifftop boardwalk to old town Lagos. Highly recommend!

This property has amazing views of the cliffs and ocean, and the sunsets we saw from our suite were stunning! Not to mention the gorgeous rainbows over the ocean! The staff were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. They made us feel welcome! Our suite was well furnished, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and beautiful. The spa was so relaxing and our services were excellent. The dining room has a magnificent view of the ocean. Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the service excellent. They knew it was my husband's birthday and brought him a special treat! The young lady who served breakfast each morning was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was relaxed and there was a wide variety of foods.

Absolutely Perfect – A Must-Stay in Lagos! Our stay at Boutique Hotel Vivenda Miranda was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable and relaxed that we barely wanted to leave! The grounds are stunning, and the room was gorgeous—we were lucky to visit during a quieter season and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a massive suite with a phenomenal patio. The views and atmosphere were simply incredible. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Fresh fruit, delicious pastries, made-to-order eggs, and a fantastic coffee machine that whipped up perfect espressos and cappuccinos. Every morning felt like a treat, and the servers and bartenders were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is unbeatable. A short, scenic walk took us to the breathtaking Algarve coast, Ponta da Piedade, and several beautiful beaches. We also enjoyed an easy stroll into Old Town Lagos, making exploring effortless. The spa, pool, and exercise room were all excellent, adding to the overall experience. When we return to Lagos, there’s no question—we’ll be staying here again! Highly recommend.

Loved the hotel and the location . Not very friendly staff when we checked in and very pushy on asking for our car keys when we had parked in the corner and was not obstructing anyone and we kept insisting we wanted to keep our car keys as we had been doing a lot of travelling and had lots to sort out so we were back and forth . The tv wasn’t working and when we got it working it kept going off every 5 mins so we gave up in the end. Breakfast was fabulous and great to have freshly cooked options too .
