Beautiful resort. Loved the walking trails along the ocean. Breakfast was great. I didn’t like the bedroom being upstairs. The stairs were a little steep. I didn’t feel comfortable carrying a suitcase up those stairs.

Un séjour calme mais décevant

During my stay at this hotel, I appreciated the relatively calm environment and the pleasant pool area, surrounded by loungers that made for a nice place to relax. The staff were also quite welcoming, which added a positive touch to the experience. However, the hotel is somewhat isolated, with no direct beach access, which could be a drawback for those looking to enjoy the seaside. The biggest downside, though, was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms—you can practically hear everything from your neighbors, which greatly impacts privacy. Additionally, the sofa was really uncomfortable, although the bed was large and fairly comfortable. In conclusion, the experience was quite expensive for what it was.

Very basic room with poor privacy screening. The bathroom had a damp musty smell and the shower leaked to such an extent that you had to sit at an angle on the toilet.

The location was magnificent. I wandered the grounds in awe. The trail to the cliffs, not sure if this was resort property, was, thankfully, in somewhat natural condition. The breakfast provided surpassed expectations. There was a wide array of dishes, offered buffet style, with everything from traditional breakfast foods, to fruits, salads and pastries. The wife was spotty in the room where I was staying but quick and consistent in the reception area. Can't really think of anything more I could want except maybe a better selection of "snacks' offered by the bar area because the nearest restaurant was over a km away and you were out of luck if you hadn't made a reservation to get into one of those rstaurants earlier.

Great location and very friendly staff. The property is a huge, fragrant garden that invites you to linger. Our 1-bedroom apartment was spacious, typically Portuguese in design. Unfortunately, the kitchen equipment left a lot to be desired, as did the wifi reception in the room and the heating system. The bathroom urgently needs renovation: the toilet seat seems too small, which is why the lid falls ungently into the back when used. The drain in the shower does not work properly, the tap at the sink leaks, and the grout has numerous dark stains. On the whole, the price-performance ratio is okay.

Horrible illusion!

This wasn’t a good experience. Nothing like the pictures. The toilet had no proper seat and I had to fix the shower myself with a knife as a tool. The sink was dripping water 24/7 and our bed was literally a madrass over stone bricks for zero comfort! The TV did not work and there was a small room attached to the appartement that gave us the impressions that employees going to the toilet were in our kitchen. We wish also the driveway to the parking to have less holes and the outside like garden or terraces to be cleaned once in a while. Doors handlers and closets could not work properly too! Maintenance is allowed! Bad stay! Employees there were kind, but did nothing, this is low as compensation. Money back please!
