I had a wonderful stay at Melbrooke Park Hotel. I was in town for a week to attend a friend’s wedding and also do some sightseeing. The staff went above and beyond to cater to all my needs. My room was cleaned every day, the food was delicious, and everyone was so friendly. I would highly suggest anyone stay here. Will definitely return next time I’m in town
My experience in Melbrooke park hotel was good, up on arrival l i was upgraded to executive room which was a nice gesture. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, though in my opinion the prices of the meal from the restaurant was a little high.
The property must have been a very good one at one time in the past but unfortunately, management has allowed it to fall into a terrible state. I had to change room 3 times when I checked in.The last room offered wasn't the good but just decided to stay put because I was just tired of changing rooms and I didnt want to change hotel either. There is not much choice with breakfast, it was mostly bread and omelet. Staff are nice and polite. On the positive side, location not too bad as I had easy access to some basic needs.
I enjoyed my stay at Melbrooke Park Hotel. I had initially planned on staying just one day but eventually ended up staying 4 days more.
The Staff are polite and friendly. Miracle and Omoye, the front desk receptionists that helped me were lovely and cheerful.
The environment was peaceful and clean and the food from the restaurant was delicious as well.
Overall, it was a nice time and I will definitely book with them again. If you’re ever in Lekki Lagos and its environs, you should consider staying here.
a place to stay in Nigeria, I will book this Hotel next time. Good services, Respectful and Neat Staff, the only thing I don’t like is seeing the Cleaners, cleaning without a protective hand gloves. But your Services are Wonderful. Thanks
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Mel Brooke Park Hotel. The customer service was incredibly slow and almost every request took hours. Most days there were no clean towels, no fresh sheets, no service cleaning the room, no functional WiFi, no hot water available, which are all unacceptable for a hotel.
Additionally, food and water was overpriced and inconsistent. No iron is available to guests and the hotel makes you pay to have your items ironed, depending on the quantity and type of garment.
The manager was luckily receptive to criticism provided and seemed authentic in his apologies for our stay. Omoye who worked front desk is an excellent employee and did her best to manage her coworkers.
Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and far below basic hospitality standards. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others until these issues are taken seriously and fixed.
