Aircon in the room was leaking water into the room they couldnt fix it and rather wanted me to move into another room and pay a higher rate. Hot water was non functional and it took a call to the 'director' for them to get me a kettle !. Most of the facilities stated at time of booking was nog available when i got there...no wifi, security was lapse...Only good thing to say is the young lady at the reception (Ayomide) on my arrival was dutiful and helpful but the alternate receptionist (Juliet) who was there on my 2nd day stay is a calamity 'Jane' who always has an excuse for everything with a poor customer service disposition. The business model is poor and cheap!!
