"No front desk staff during early hours, we called many times to the front desk no one picked up. Staff entered our room without knocking... They don't provide any adaptors which is disappointing given this is a 5-star property."

"Kesante Cape exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautifully designed with a unique sense of character. The staff members were genuinely warm and welcoming without ever being overbearing. The room was spacious and the pools were immaculate with stunning views. Breakfast selection was superb with so much high-quality options we left feeling completely refreshed and would love to return again."

"Very friendly staff, clean hotel, lots of pools and nice rooms. Also good food with lots of selection and a great spa. Only downsides are the entertainment, which didn't match the guests, and perhaps the price discrepancy that guest pays for room (2x difference regardless of the room)."

"We had a great stay here. Very calm area with a mini market nearby (walking distance) for anything you need like snacks or water. We rented a car which we would highly recommend doing, they have a parking lot for the hotel which is nice. The view from our room (we picked one with a sea view) was amazing. The restaurant was very convenient with friendly staff and good food. They also have a beach bar and of course a beach right under the hotel which was very nice. We used the lounge chairs at the...

"The Marleen is well situated for the shops and restaurants within a 15 minute stroll the beach is a five minute walk away the and if your lucky like we we're you get to the turtles in the sea this is our third stay at the marleen and will be coming back next year all the staff we're friendly and helpful "
