What a great hotel, every aspect was excellent, choice of food marvelous, cleanliness unbelievable! Staff couldn't have done enough for us. Lovely rooms. Could not fault anything.

9/10 food variety was great, staff friendly, very clean , well managed, a lot for adults and kids to do. 5 min walk to beach. Only issue rooms were warm and air con didn’t work.

Grundsolide Unterkunft, wenn man AI mag und damit zurechtkommt, dass das Buffet nur um wenige Speisen variiert passt. Negativ zu bemerken habe ich, dass das Hotel nicht wirklich kindgerecht ist. Dass der "Baby Room" nicht 24/7 aufhat, sondern 10:30 Uhr öffnet um dann 12:30 Uhr zu schließen ist total am Kind vorbei. Dort gibt es ohnehin keine Betreuung, warum dann nicht den Raum offen lassen. Der Raum ist schmutzig und die Spielsachen rar und kaputt. Auch die Tatsache, dass das Abendessen erst 19:30 Uhr startet ist nicht kindgerecht.

Beaches!! Beaches are the best around the area. I wish I could stay longer, but I couldn't because of mattresses and food. Mattresses are the Nightmare, I came back home with backpain. Food seems made of high quality products, but it is not tasty at all plus it cause heartburn. Maybe something has to be done with chef.

Nunca vi um hotel tão barulhento. Impossível dormir ! Crianças gritando, portas batendo, adultos gritando pelos corredores de madrugada ! A comida muito ruins , ingredientes de baixa qualidade, pratos péssimos, vinhos que deixam a desejar . Os funcionários eram atenciosos, mas só isso. Nosso quarto ficava no andar 1 , péssimo, na reserva constava que haveria um sofá que também não apareceu !

The hotel’s facilities were nice and clean and the personnel continually were cleaning the common areas, where it was obligatory (fortunately!) the use of masks. They all were nice, corteous and always willing to help. To avoid any potential infections, at the restaurant, one can’t serve his own food, this is done by the personnel of the restaurant and the use of masks is, theoretically obligatory, but we did spot a couple of people wearing nothing. For the restaurant, there were shifts but even though, sometimes we had to wait to be able to reduce the amount of people standing in line to get to the buffet. The food served in the buffet was tasty, but unfortunately there is no variety, so all meals are pretty much the same everyday. The children’s area looked nice, we only passed it by it, because it was not only full, but nobody was observing any distancing upon waiting to use the zipline or the slides. We had a couple of small issues, which we were not very happy with: in our room we were given a tiny soap bar, which after two days was over, and no replenishment was done at all, we had to use the soap we brought. Also, nobody explains that if you’d like towels for the pool, you need to give a 10euro deposit per towel or that you have to pay a deposit to get the control remote of the tv in the room. In summary, it was a very good stay and a recommendable place to have vacation even in these crazy times

The food was absolutely fantastic and there was a wide variety. Plenty to do on the property for kids. The beach is lovely and secluded, and was fairly quiet. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. We had an amazing holiday!

Great value for money

Were there for a 5-day trip. The facilities like the pools, gym, activities for kids and evening shows etc are very well organised. Nice beaches around 3-5 walk. Excellent service by the staff. Would go there again.
