It was a beautiful room. Had a lot of space and the set up is very comfortable. Bathroom was nicely done. The kitchen was nicely set up also. The breakfast was great, had so much to offer.

AMAZING Stay

From the moment we checked in until we checked out the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were AMAZING, very big, lots of space and the beds were WONDERFUL. The breakfast was so good with so many choices. Convenient around so many things and all at a great price.

Everything! We’ve stayed at other hotels in the past but this one has really topped them all! Misty, the concierge, was amazing! She really made us feel welcomed! She even had goody bags for my kids and snacks! She went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We only stayed one night but next year we are definitely staying longer, hopefully Misty is still there! Thank you so much Misty!

The staff was very courteous and the room was spotless. My only complaint was that the overhead lights were not very bright. With my aging eyes, I turned on almost every light in the room and still had trouble reading unless I was very close to a lamp. But overall, I really enjoyed the room and will likely come here again in the future.

We really liked the hotel – it's beautiful and elegant. The receptionist was friendly and helped us solve a few minor problems. The room had a kitchen, a large refrigerator, a large TV, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. However, the room was poorly cleaned – there was a thick layer of dust on the refrigerator, and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. The breakfast was good and varied (we especially liked that the tableware wasn't plastic), but on the second day the potatoes were poorly cooked – some pieces were still frozen. But overall, we were satisfied. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The rooms were clean and the common seating area very comfortable. The pool was well-maintained also. The breakfast menu had several hot options. The morning I was there, they only had fat-free milk, which is not ideal for kids. Their yogurt selection didn't include anything with zero added sugars, which was disappointing (again, for kids . . . parents these days tend to carefully limit added sugars). The apples were lackluster, but the bananas were in fine condition. Toast, oatmeal, waffles, and cereal options were all tip-top.

Unfortunately, the room was not super clean when we arrived (there were M&Ms on the floor from the previous guests apparently). Also, when the staff came for refreshing the room, she forgot to leave toilet paper and tissues and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Plus she told us that because we had our PJs on the bed she didn’t make it. We had folded our PJs, in all other hotels they make the beds and leave the PJs under the pillows. The staff at the reception was always very friendly and helpful.
