They gave my room before i even got there even though i had reserved it. And the staff was unprofessional and rude. They need to learn costumer service

showed up with my family after a 3hr drive and lady behind counter said NO ROOM. i said that i had conformation number and she said NO ROOM. ILL NEVER BOOK WITH HOTELS.COM AGAIN.

Very old and outdated. Not clean at all! I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned myself. Im not going to complain because we had to come here to evacuate from the hurricane. So this was the only thing available. If wasn't for that, i wouldn't recommend to homeless person!

Don't waste your time or money

The lady at front desk is not friendly at all. Of you have to pay at front desk. Room over was clean but old. No fridge, nor microwave. Bed sheets looked old & the bed was wobbly. The bathroom had various cracks. Not a good experience.

All non-smoking rooms were located on the 2nd floor. The smell of smoke would seep in from the rooms below. The electrical outlets were all loose. The lamps and TV would not work because they could not keep a constant electrical current running to them, and the plugs would spark if you tried to adjust the wires. The staff was nice but had very broken English and was difficult to communicate with.

Signs of bed bugs. Blood on box springs. Spider webs. Pot seed beside bed. Smelled bad. Room was over 100 degrees when arrived. Curtains wouldn’t close completely. I didn’t stay and explained to the front desk what I seen in the room. The clerk told me without even looking at room that the room wasn’t as bad as I explained refused several times to check me out then and said I would be checked out the next day at 11. Expedia shouldn’t advertise this location.

When I came to check in after making a reservation, the front desk attendant just looked at me and said “you still have to pay”, which to me is obvious. That’s why I put my credit card info in when I was making the reservation online. No “hi, how can I help you?” Nothing. Plus the door to the lobby was locked. I went for this location because it was economical and close to where I have clients to see tomorrow so I decided to take a chance. I encourage you to monitor hotels/motels you allow on your site and if they can’t meet a basic standard then not to include them. There’s hardly anyone staying here yet I was put in a room right next to another occupied room where there was some kind of party going on and people were loud when I’m trying to sleep. It makes me wonder what this place is all about. I don’t expect a lot. I realized it would probably be just a cheap motel where I would stay a night and save a little money. I’m not expecting 4 star accommodations. But I still expect a basic level of customer service and a place where I can sleep and not feel grossed out.

This property horrid. Stayed 7 days & 6 of them a beer bottle full of urine sat in the breezeway. Staff refused to have it cleaned up despite many calls to front desk. Pictures are quite deceptive.

Well I reserved a room for last Saturday and I checked out Monday the TV only have one channel there was no microwave the refrigerator was barely cold and there was a bar sticking out from under the bed and the carpet look like they just patched it together I wouldn't recommend anyone staying at this hotel
