Run down, poor condition, missing essential safety and comfort items. Crawling with little biting bugs. Didn’t sleep a wink. Awful. I have pictures and videos. Smoke alarm missing. Mattress and box spring on floor, security chain broken off, dead bolt does not engage, no peephole, no chair of any kind to even wedge under doorknob. Want a refund!
Room, towels and linen was clean. Room was quiet but could stand some updating, but at the rates they get... Four stars because they had no ice machine. There was a full size refrigerator and microwave in our room, washers and dryers a few doors down. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Good bargain.
Man at front desk was very rude and I was told they didn't have any rooms and they also don't even do online reservations.I didn't even get to see the rooms there but it looked more like a place that people live not just stay for vacation.

Not Happy
I made a reservation online. When I got to the hotel I was told they had no reservation because they DO NOT have online booking!!!!!!!!!
Where to start... My bathroom floor constantly had water all over it which I assume was running from the toilet. There was a chain lock with no chain on the door. There was a random door behind our nightstand/bed area. The door was painted shut, just weird. We were killing beatles and spiders left and right. You can hear right through the walls. The bedding and towels were both stained. We ended up driving into Illinois to go to Walmart and buy blankets to put over the bed and to sleep under. We spent more on blankets than we did on the room. That being said, there’s a Red Roof Inn right down the street. I’ll try there next time.
Rooms were giving with people still in them! Lady who took care everything was wrapped up with her boyfriend and children plus didnt have a clue to what was going. Linen was so clean. Reminds me of the bates hotel. People basically livrd there. To far from where we had to go. Nothing open after 9 or 10pm.
WoW... This is a little remote hotel that is off the major highway, but was I surprised...It was very clean no hassle with clean room, new frig, TV also with very comfortable king bed...low cost and very safe...
Couldn't expect much better for the money really. It was a very affordable place that was warm and dry. The Wi-Fi was surpringly good. Could have been cleaner and everything was outdated, very thin towels but was quiet and bed was fine.
Out dated. Hard water in the shower. Several moths in my room

You get what you pay for
Super affordable hotel, but you get what you pay for. Room was reasonably clean, but the bed linens could use some refreshing - seems like they’ve been in use for awhile. Large refrigerator in the room - convenient, but odd. With TV on the wall and far from the bed, other guests seemed to be cranking the volume which made it a bit noisy. I was okay as a solo, not sure my family would have been up for the room.
The bathroom did not have a tub, the shower was nasty, the room was small, and the bed was hard.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
For the price (under $40) it is a decent place. A little out dated and small but clean and well kept. Smelled of cleaner, which is better than the alternative.
I would stay here again.
The tub was very old and in bad condition. The towels were yellowish Brown. The 2 pillows were flat. Overpowering deodorizer spray the first night. Clean overall. The desk checkin was very nice
