"This was a classic bait and switch. Photos on the Hotels.com website did not come close to what the actual placed looked like and my wife did not talk to me until about 14 hours after we left this crap hotel. If it is between sleeping in your back seat or this place, take the back seat"

"Love the earlier check in time of 3:00 and later check out. Our room wasn’t quite ready, but they were very apologetic and quickly switched our room so we could get in right away. The room space was more than adequate for what we needed. Breakfast area was welcoming. Breakfast choices were excellent, but they struggled to keep up with volume. We went at 9, an hour before breakfast was over and waited a bit for clean plates and hot food, as well as other restocks-but they were there and trying, it was just really busy. We didn’t use a lot of the other amenities, but they looked good!"

"We recently booked 2 rooms for Purdue graduation weekend. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby area is nice and well kept. The problems come with the guests rooms. In one of our yr rooms the sleeping area was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately it seemed as if the bathroom had not been throughly cleaned. There was trash in the garbage can and long dark hairs on the floor (we are a blonde family). There were also a few ants in the bathroom, probably because they ur room was on the first floor. The other issue with both rooms is the lighting. It’s severely lacking in the bedroom and bathroom. In one of our rooms many of the light fixtures did not work at all. There is breakfast offered in the morning for a fee, which seems crazy when you’re already charging $350 a night. Unfortunately the quality of the food was not good. This hotel has a lot of potential if the necessary upgrades are made."
