「When checking in they told me the Key machine is broke, and they will have a key to me within an hour. This was untrue, and I checked out the next day, since I had to have the front desk let me in each time I left. The poor employee running around trying to let people in, just crazy.」

「The breakfast was not great and the gym was just ok. The pool was nice, and the breakfast area had nice outdoor seating which they should have made available all the time - it was underutilized.
The maintenance team was awesome and were very friendly- they were the best part of the trip, which says a lot since they are normally behind the scenes. They kept the pool area clean!
The area around the hotel was very nice!」
