「Excellent surroundings with pine forest and paradise lake just outside the villa. The room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staffs are extremely friendly and very helpful. The dining experience there is perfect. You can enjoy sunrise, bridsongs and even stargazing during your stay. A not-to-be-missed resort in Dalat.」

「The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue. 」

「Hotel is located at hill top facing the lake. Room is big and cozy. Hotel is surrounded by lots of pine trees which you definitely will enjoy a refreshing walk in the morning.」

「My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars.
