The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo.

This place is a bit far from the touristy areas, so you will need to use a grab bike to get around. If it’s not too hot, you can also walk. Staff was friendly, rooms were super clean and no frills. I’d stay here again, for sure (though don’t k ow when)

Les pièces sont spacieuses et standard. Pour un court séjour (type 1 nuit), cela peut dépanner. Emplacement calme, navette à disposition chaque heure. L'horaire est adapté selon vos besoins et de la disponibilité de la navette. Je l'ai prise 2 fois et je n'ai pas eu de soucis sur mes horaires. Grab moto facile à réserver La gérante est souriante et serviable. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages en consigne. Petit déjeuner trop basique,à revoir.

Short stat to go to Komodo national park

Clean And cheap hotel. The straff was friendly, but did not allways understand what we asked. The free shuttle to citycenter And the Airport was great as it was about 10 minutes drive from center. The rooms were clean, but that was it. Not anything extra. We stayed for two days to go on a day trip to Komodo national park, And for that purpose it was Okay!

I liked that it was quiet and restful. Nice garden view. Breakfast omelette was basic but tasty and sufficient. Owner and staff try very hard to be accommodating by providing rides to and from town plus to the airport. Internet access was very good. Basic amenities. Would have been nice to have a pool.

Teddy the manager mad my stay so comfortable, he helped me with my excursions and made sure I wasn't being over charged. This hotel is perfect for back packers or anyone requiring cheap but clean accommodation.

An upgrade over terrible options on main street

The hotel staff here were extremely nice and helpful, so that's a big plus. The room was less than inspiring, though, and we wound up changing locations after one night when they couldn't put us in a room with a double bed. Breakfast was solid, but utilitarian. It's funny, though, how relative accommodations are based on location. In other cities, I wouldn't really recommend this place, but in Labuan Bajo, this place is a gem. Yes, it is a little removed from the main street in town, but they offer a shuttle every 30 minutes (or every hour, sometimes) and the facilities are far cleaner and more hygenic than every option along the main street. Labuan Bajo has some truly awful hotels.

Excellent Value and Service

Komodo Boutique Hotel is a bargain for the price. It is located a bit out of town but the hotel has shuttle service that is available pretty much all the time with drop offs and pick ups at the airport, downtown and the harbor. It is nice and quiet at night as a result of being away from the Main Street. The hotel has a nice garden and courtyard. Rooms are basic but clean with AC. WiFi is available in the lobby area and on the porches. Definitely a good choice for a short stay.

Vriendelijk personeel. Hotel ligt buiten het drukke centrum maar er is een gratis pick up service van en naar het centrum en/ of airport. Nette kamers met elke dag schone handdoeken en flesjes water.

Solid property for the price/benefit ratio

This is a decent property at the price. But just a few touches could really improve it. Put a refrigerator in the rooms. Put a decent sized desk in the room. Put some effort into breakfast. Charge $3-5 more a night and offer something more than toast and an egg. More power outlets. Only two in the room. People need to charge hardware. None are near the bed. Clean up the water features. They could be beautiful, but I feel like those poor fish are just dying in the filthy water. And what are the plans for the front area? A pool would be nice but I realize maintenance costs can be expensive, as well as the initial capital cost. Location is tough. Always needing to arrange the shuttle driver isn't terrible, and I know you can't change location, but it's just far enough out of the way to be mildly inconvenient. Put a few shelves of convenience goods in for sale - beverages, snack foods, basic toiletries. Good things: - cold air con. Very nice to have. - bed and pillows were nice. Much Better than expected at such a place. - Hot water in the shower. Lasts just long enough for one good shower. But it heats quickly for the next. - friendly staff. - cheap laundry service.

O hotel tem uma localização um pouco afastada de Labuan Bajo. Isso contudo, não é importante, pois há um serviço de transfer do hotel para o centro da cidade que ocorre ininterruptamente até as 21h. Basta mandar mensagem pelo whatsapp.

Great service, fine rooms, bad breakfast

Stayed here one night in the standard room facing the garden. The hotel was fine, more than we expected for the price. The breakfast was boring, consisting only of egg, toast bread and one "pack" of jam. The staff, however was extremely nice and we were at all times met with smiles, warmth and greetings. There is not much to do in the area, but the hotel also had a well-functioning free shuttle service, which can be used to get around the city as well as to the airport. All in all a nice stay for the price.

Super accueil !

Une équipe très chaleureuse et souriante ce qui est très appréciable. L'endroit est paisible, propre. Les chambres sont confortables et propres également. Il est excentré du centre, mais l'hôtel peut mettre à votre disposition une navette gratuite pour vous déposer et venir vous chercher... Je recommande !
