The Galleria shopping centre is connected to the hotel via level 5 so theres no needs to go out into the cold to get into the shopping centre! Room is spacious and clean with good amenities. "the pool was closed so that was disappointing. the gym was nice but a bit smelly, could use some disinfecting regularly. the front desk upgraded our room so we really appreciate her making our stay nice. the cleaning staff was also great."
