「The property is very well located in Pula, affordable parking lot next to the property, the room has everything you need (even a mosquito plug😍). The staff are very helpful and friendly, a real take care mentality. Breakfast was one of the best Ive had in a city hotel!!. I highly recommend the Areana BB Prestige for you next Pula visit! 「Had a bad start to this stay as the hill view room we were booked in was occupied when we arrived, This was a little concerning as we walked into a room where someone was staying (they were not in at the time). We were then moved to an apartment room which was nice although the WiFi did not work very well. The staff quickly refunded the difference in room price and they were very apologetic and helpful. Les petits déjeuners étaient t inclus mais selon la propriétaire ce n’était pas le cas car le prix payé était trop bas … jusqu’alors c’était l’hôtel le plus cher … nous avons du insister pour obtenir un café , jus et gâteaux . Staffs are very unhelpful and impolite. Room is very very small and without a proper window. Wifi is broken. It is not worth to stay in a place like that. So i moved to bnb at the end.
