「Fantastic place to visit Amalfi coast. Away from the tourists Cava de' Tirreni is a real Italian town. The hotel is an old palace, our room was superb with all amenities and our host Dario went out of his way to help. One warning, a car can be expensive to park. But the train connections are very good.」

「Residence zelzar is perfect if you want to experience amalfi coast with less tourists. The town is very cute with lots of ceramic shops and excellent food. The room was well equipped and clean and the management communication was excellent. We had a wonderful time here. Very high up on the hill but easy to drive down with a car or catch the bus. Don’t underestimate the cafe bar royal where we had a free coffee and croissant every morning! Excellent pastries and very friendly. 」

「We were greeted with Rosa she was the best helped us with anything we needed! : whether it be dining options or even jus the bus routes or where to buy the tickets she was amazing and the property was awesome views vicinity to town was a short 10 min walk although wouldn’t recommend at night. Room was clean and spacious everything we needed was there. Hot tub was nice after long day looking out over the ocean and the picturesque views of the mountain side! Definitely would go back 」

「We loved this location and our room! The room was very spacious and clean. Good size bathroom and a real hairdryer! Fresh pastries everyday and espresso pods for us to brew in the machine. Dish washing soap, cloth, and a dry towel would of been useful. We loved our little balcony. We enjoyed our espresso there in the morning, and our wine in the evening. My only suggestion is there needs to be more reliable lightening in the entry and stairway. Some evenings it was very difficult to see going up...
