「Restaurant can do little more better on faster service and give the right time to customers on open and close I guess owner needs to hire more staff because looks like there’s more customers than staff reason why service is very slow」

「Very nice experience. The host was excellent and service was excellent. Only drawback is that the domes show a little ware and tare. And also it was very difficult to get to this location without a 4x4 vehicle. The roads are not paved and extremely steep. We almost didn't make it. We all had to dismount the vehicle and drive it up the road with no passengers. The breakfast was excellent.」

「Las villas siempre son cómodas y con buen espacio. Para mí es como mi hogar cuando voy a Constanza, pues llevo años hospedandome en el lugar y sigue paresiendome excelente. Eso sí, cada vez menos personal, y algunos servicios cómo el desayuno han ido perdiendo un poco de su calidad. Llegamos a las 9 a desayunar, y no nos atendieron hasta media hora después para tomar nuestra orden, y casi no tenían opciones. Soy usuario de VE, y el cargador no estaba en funcionamiento, algo que siempre es un...

「Nice place to RELAX and have some quiet time. Altagracia was my favorite because she was very friendly at all times. Un lugar muy tranquilo y son muy amables. Altagracia fue muy amable y el señor que atiende cuando uno llega. La comida puede ser un poquito mejor pero quedé contento con el trato que me brindaron.」

「This is a nice hotel in general. However, nothing worked. We made the staff aware that we couldn't use the tv, they said they'd check it out. They never came. The shower wasn't functioning as it should have been. The safe in the room did not work. There was never anyone at the front desk.」

「I dont know about pets, i never used the pool. The staff was okk. However, there was no fridge in the room or closet. The food a little high in price for the place and too loud. The manager has no control over the guest.」
