Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....

No recomiendo este hotel. Para empezar, el personal de recepción no habla inglés y sigue hablando en francés aunque saben que no lo hablas. El servicio es pésimo. La habitación estaba sucia, la maleta estaba tirada en el suelo para que la tiraras a la basura, las sábanas olían mal y estaban secas, ...
