We loved the room so much when We just arrived. It is big enough, clean, close to an open market. However, the pub downstairs is very loud. We was moved to a small room after we complained about the noise. But we were charged with the same price as big room. That made us a little disappointed about this hotel.

Super chambres et emplacement pour visiter CINQUE

Difficille de stationner près hotel pour bagages. Aspect extérieur du building assez repoussant, mais acceuil très chaleureux, chambres SUPER CONFORTABLES, face au marché du matin et proximité de la gare.

Excellent location and Extremely clean!

Excellent stay! Really close to restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to train station if you're planning on heading to Cinque Terre. Fabio was extremely friendly and helpful and our room was spotless. Highly recommend this spot!

Excelente e moderninho

O predio eh casarao antigo, ao entrar no hall do predio da um desconforto e receio, que acaba assim que se abre a porta do urban chic. Grata surpresa! Tudo branquinho, moderno, novo. Patrizia muito gentil. Cafe da manha gostoso. Super recomendo.

Perfekt hotell när man vandrar i Cinque Terre. Bra läge i staden. Tysta rum, bra fönster stängde ute ljud från barer på gatan. Enklare frukost.

Very modern hotel in ancient building

This hotel ticked all the boxes. We arranged to arrive after check out was closed and had no probs. there was a lift. The breakfast room and hotel room were really good. Breakfast good. A little noisy if the window was open but you get that in central locations

Excellent Hôtel

Chambre climatisée entièrement refaite à neuf récemment avec des prestations de qualité. Literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse très bien insonorisée, salle de bains spacieuse très propre. Hôtel bien placé en centre ville. Personnel accueillant. Entièrement satisfait de notre séjour.

Unbelievably clean hotel in a great location

I've stayed in many, many hotels for work and leisure travel. This was the cleanest! You could perform surgery in the rooms. Everything was neat and tidy. I'm no clean freak, but I appreciated the attention to detail! The location is precisely midway between the docks and the train station and steps from the shopping district. However, you close the shutters and windows and it is totally quiet. The A/C is superb. We would not hesitate to use it again. One minor quibble. The breakfast is a bit modest, and like many hotels the staff put out cheese and ham. But the cheese was Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Bonbel Mini Cheese Wheels! There are a dozen cheese stalls in the market across the street! You are in ITALY! Why put out supermarket-style processed cheese food? A minor quibble, as I said. Great location, very comfortable.

Perfekt läge, rent och snyggt. Bäst i prisklassen!

Perfekt beläget endast 10 min promenad till tågstationen och hamnen. Väldigt rent och snyggt hotell. Personalen var exemplarisk och pratade mycket bra engelska, gav tips på hur vi skulle få vår resa så bra som möjligt. Mycket bra frukost. Detta är det bästa stället att bo på i denna prisklassen, rekommenderar det varmt.

Au cœur de la Spezia

Hôtel au cœur de la Spezia. Très propre et bien insonorisé de la rue. Décoration moderne. Un gros regret, l'immeuble qui accueille l'hôtel n'est pas en bon état et sent l'humidité. La première impression n'est du coup pas très bonne.

Great b&b!

This was a great b&b! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. The bed was a little hard but otherwise my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay

Modernt hotell med bra service

Hotellet är relativt nytt och väl planerat i en modern våning. Få rum gör det genuint med bra service och trevligt bemötande. Även bra område och frukosten är en klassisk Italiens frukost dvs många kakor.

I hjertet av La Spezia.

Flott lite hotell/B&B med høy standard i hjertet av La Spezia. La deg ikke lure av den anonyme inngangen fra gaten, to etasjer opp befinner det seg 6 romslige og moderne rom. Rommene er innredet med Italienske designmøbler, og er romslig. Fint bad. Litt enkel frokost, kanskje, men helt ok. Kjøp evnt ordentlig kaffe på kafèen nede på bakkeplanet. Ekteparet som driver Urban Chic er veldig hyggelige, og gir gode råd på hva man bør se og oppleve i nærheten.

Sin cambio de toallas ni sabanas

En el hotel viene establecido que se realiza un cambio de toallas cada dos días y de sabanas cada tres días. En toda nuestra estancia (5 noches) no hubo cambio de toallas ni sabanas. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado no funciona al irte de la habitación, con lo que al regresar a la noche al hotel hacia tanto calor como en la calle, al igual que el día de entrada, en la habitación hacia mucho calor al no estar funcionando el aire acondicionado.

Good "base station" for Cinque Terre

This actually an apartment converted to B&B. There is no signage, you have to locate it by the street & number. The frontage is just a barred gate, you have to press the intercom button for Urban Chic House to get the reception to remotely unlock the gate. The front desk is not 24/7, u have to inform them of your arrival time in advance. Once inside, the place is very modern & clean. The room was spacious, with strong wifi, good breakfast spread (fruit juice, coffee, cereals, fruits, pastries, yogurt, bread, ham. No eggs). Towels are changed only on alternate days. Toilet has hair dryer. Shampoo & shower gel come in sachets. Location is good, right in front of the Piazza Cavour food market. The room insulation was good, you hear no noise from the busy food market, and don't smell it too, until u step out of the building. It is midway between the train station and the marina. A good base station for visiting the Cinque Terre towns (train fare to the northern-most town, Monterosso, is only €2.70 one way). Good eateries around Urban Chic House, my favorite was All'Inferno. I would stay here again. Better than staying at one of the Cinque Terre towns which are too touristy, & u have to drag luggage uphill & downhill over cobblestone paths & steps.
