Sobresaliente!!!

Estuve en el departamento de la calle Via Chiodo 161. Comenzamos con el pie izquierdo debido a una demora en el check in de mas de 1 hora. Pero el departamento es espectacular, super amplio, con todos los artefactos y servicios de calidad y muy bien ubicado. Recomendable y para repetir.

Do not select this place!

1, This place should not be in the list for people to choose! because even we pre-payed to hotels.com, once we arrived at the actual place, we had to pay again for the cleaning and for the tax, so, what was showing on hotels.com, was only 70% of the price, we payed more! 2. On hotels.com said: one bedroom apartment, the actual room was a studio! 3. I will never recommend this place to any my friend!

A lot of stairs and not so friendly staff

The adress is wrong and because of that we were searching for one hour. We had to do 30 steps to reach the apartment. One rollerblind is broken so there is a lot of light coming in the room in the morning. The room is nice but not practical. The bathroom is nice. It is a nice building and modern. The staff was unfriendly, I would not recommend to stay here.

Couldn't find the hotel. No address or ohoney

Their website shows their address listed as "various addresses ". They didn't answer the phone. And I'm especially disappointed with Expedia because they won't refund my money

Just a clean room

One big problem is bad organize making a contact with staff. They even don't give me an email address only telephone number. The location isn't so bad though, it wasn't easy to find. We also needed to wait a staff in front of the apartment because they were having lunch!! I cannot understand why they had lunch during check in time. チェックインをするためだけにめちゃくちゃ苦労しました。メールアドレスも教えてくれないので、連絡は電話だけ。公衆電話からかけても留守番電話に何回なったことか、、その後なんとか連絡が取れてアパート前まで辿り着いたはいいがスタッフがランチ食べてるだとかでなかなか来ない。愛想のかけらもない。 わたしたちはなんとかなりましたが、普通に旅行されるのであれば絶対おすすめしません。

Very Disappointed

My Daughter turned 15 and wanted to get to experience Italy. But she specially wanted to experience Cinque Terre it's an area of northern Italy . We could not find a place to stay in the area of Cinque Terre. So the next big town was La Spezia. So I did my research and found a 3 bedroom apartment in the area and looked nice. So I decided to book it. Wow was I in for an awakening. It was close to the train station so we walked there with luggage an everything a family of seven. Cab didn't even want to drive us because it wasn't worth it for him.So I call the gentleman in charge of the place and he gave some directions and it took 20 minutes to walk there not bad. So when we get to the address he flagged us down he was screaming up here. So I looked up and I saw him and he said it's up here. I saw a lot of stairs to get to the apartment roughly 160 steps just to the gate then another three flight of stairs to get to the door. So we all dragged our luggage 160 steps to the front door and the gentleman didn't even offer to help. So we went up the third floor and we followed him to the apartment and it was really really hot in there. We were all trying to catch our breath and sweating like crazy! I asked him does the place have ac he said nope. He said open the windows and you will be fine. Then there was only one bathroom that smelled really bad. For a family of seven. He then said you need to pay so I can leave as soon as possible. There was no toilet paper. Just a bad place.

Fint och stort, vi fick en lägenhet med balkong utöver la spezia med fantastiskt utsikt och sol hela dagen. Lite svårt att hitta då den markerade vägen på kartan egentligen är en trapp. Fantastisk service och hjälp från David som tog hand om uthyrningen.

Not a great stay. Leaky shower. No toilet paper.

Nice looking apartment, but upon arrival, there was no air conditioning and no toilet paper, paper towels, napkins or tissues. The shower was leaky, and after a short shower, the entire bathroom was flooded with a half-inch of water and no floor drain.
