Le personnel manque totalement de sourire et d’amabilité. Dès notre arrivée, malgré notre sourire, nous avons eu le sentiment de déranger les hôtesses. Autant dire que l’accueil laisse à désirer. Quant à la piscine, elle est loin de refléter les photos. Elle rappelle davantage la municipale que celle d’un hôtel. De plus, la zone est absolument dégoûtante : des verres pris au bar étaient posés au sol, des gobelets renversés également puis des mégots jetés au sol. Pas la faute du personnel mais la non-éducation des clients. La climatisation est quasiment inexistante, nous nous sommes réveillés plusieurs en sueurs à cause de la chaleur étouffante. À notre arrivée, pas la moindre bouteille ou carafe d’eau mise à disposition dans la chambre, ce qui devrait pourtant être le minimum pour ce type d’établissement et ce, surtout en période de canicule. Le quartier n’arrange rien : la majorité des restaurants aux alentours sont fermés. Le soir, plusieurs hommes alcoolisés se regroupent bruyamment devant l’entrée du parking, ce qui nuit à la tranquillité des clients. Pour les points positifs, la literie est bonne et la chambre était propre. En conclusion, nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel. Habitués aux établissement 4 ou 5 étoiles nous considérons celui-ci comme une véritable erreur de parcours. Un 10/10 pour le restaurant « DON PAPE ». Les pizzas y sont excellentes et le personnel au petit soin.

Je recommande cet hôtel, propre et accessible. Parking en supplément de 12€. L’état de l’établissement est très bon, literie confortable. Le vrai plus de l’hôtel est la piscine. Température idéale et terrasse agréable. Personnel très agréable et serviable.

Attention, après avoir tout payé sur internet et vu à l'accueil que tout était ok on vous prend sur la carte le montant du parking une fois rentré à la maison. Cela représentait 10% du montant de ma nuit. J'ai eu l'impression de passer du statut de client à pigeon. J'aurais préféré être prévenu à mon arrivé plutôt qu'on me dise que c'était écrit par téléphone.

L’hôtel est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses. Cela fait plusieurs séjours que nous passons dans cet hôtel. En revanche une amélioration des petits déjeuners serait vraiment souhaitable, nous avons l’impression que d’années en années les PDJ sont beaucoup moins qualitatif. Sur le buffet il y a le strict minimum attendu.

Séjour professionnel de trois semaines. Les points positifs: - La situation, à côté de Port, belle vue des deux côtés - Le parking, malheureusement payant (12€/nuit) mais vaste et sécurisé avec portail à code - La climatisation dans la chambre, même si elle peine un peu lorsque l'hôtel est complet - Le restaurant dans le même batiment, bien qu'un peu cher - Le petit déjeuner buffet à partir de 06:30 - Balcon fumeur Les points négatifs: - Un peu bruyant côté Port si on veut garder la fenêtre ouverte - Le service de chambre. Parfois on a une serviette, parfois deux et parfois pas de descente de douche ... Les deux derniers jours, le recipient de gel douche avait disparu ??? - Le service de blanchisserie, horriblement cher (4€ une paire de chaussette !!!)
