Hotel con vista priviligiada a la playa cerca del faro mall con muchas comodidades, personal cordial, solo que el desayuno bufett no cumplio las expectativas y no era variado siempre lo mismo en los 3 dias

I liked that it was right across the street from the beach. The free breakfast buffet was excelent and the Porta restaurant next to the hotel was amazing. There was nothing I did not like about the place. Some might say the hotel look might be outdated but because it so clean and prestine that it did not phase me.

Creo que fue una época no muy buena. No estaba funcionando las instalaciones como deben. Atención de la recepción no fue muy agradable. Pero la calidad de comida de restaurante anexo es muy bueno. Tiene excelente platos.

Tired but clean.
The hotel was clean and comfortable but it needs a renovation. The breakfast was great. The location was also good because we lucked into being close to the Festival which was a surprise for us.

Muy buena ubicación frente al mar
Buena ubicación. Buenas instalaciones y servicios. Pileta climatizada. estacionamiento techado gratuito. Lamentablemente la habitación tenía el acondicionador de aire descompuesto y no lo solucionaron a pesar de dos reclamos. Afortunadamente solo fue necesario dos de las ocho noches de alojamiento ya que en enero refresca al atardecer.

Quede Feliz!!! ... Buen lugar para descansar, piscina climatizada, áreas verdes, bicicletas incluido para salir andar por la avenida del Mar , esta frente a la playa Bonita Vista , Muy Bueno el Desayuno , nunca note que faltaban cosas ricas para comer, excelente hotel, muy acogedor, bien recomendable.- Esto también lo hace Fantástico por su personal, muy preocupados , atentos,

Un excelente lugar para descansar en familia
Una experiencia excelente, muy buen servicio, personal muy amoroso y con buena disposición a lo solicitado. Excelente vista del mar, el faro y la cruz del nuevo milenio .. así que totalmente recomendado este lugar si se desea un ambiente acogedor, seguro, con un lugar muy agradable a la vista y excelente atención. Exelente en todo tipo de aspecto, lo único malo (y que pese a estar muy muy cerca del famoso faro) y que a la vez no tiene que ver con el hotel como tal, es la fachada externa con la Rivera de la playa, esta muy apagada, debería hacerse algo por arreglar toda esa zona costera, hacerla más llamativa, eso atraeria más al publico/turista.

By the Beach
This is the place to come if you want a relaxing spot by the beach in La Serena. We enjoyed using the sun loungers and outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast buffet included a good variety of fruit, yogurt, cakes, scrambled eggs, toast, juice and coffee or tea. Staff was friendly and helpful with booking tours. You can walk or ride bikes all along the Beach Promenade from the Lighthouse to Port Coquiam. The surf is really too rough for swimming in here but people play in the shallow part .Great seafood restaurant,Portado's, right next door. This hotel is a good spot for your beach holiday.

Good location, easy to city
Not a bad place for the money, but it is getting old and needs some remodeling. Staff was very nice and helpful. Linens and towels were some of the best we have ever had. My wife would love a pillow like that at home.
