"The room was not cleaned. Housekeeping only picked up the dirty towels and did not even replace them with clean ones. In addition, breakfast items were not being refilled once they ran out. Overall, the service was very disappointing."

Sign at desk shows it but it is not on Hotels.com website. Also front desk person was supposed to be on duty until 10pm but was gone prior to that time. "

"I booked the room that said it was handicapped accessible for two nights. When we got ready to go there it was definitely not. My sister was tired so we put here to bed. The bed was high and we had to lift her. I went down to the front desk to shorten my stay and get a refund for the second night. They did offer to move rooms but I declined as it was a struggle to get my sister into the bed and she was sleeping. Anyway, they said Expedia was who I needed to contact. Expedia then contacted the hotel and they denied my request. I do not normally leave reviews. But it you have a handicap travel or I would be a little concern."
