The location is perfect and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. Internet access is very fluid. One small improvement could be made in re. the kitchen cleaning supplies/bathroom supplies, too limited for a stay longer than a week. But overall very pleasant stay. Thank you!

It wasn't clean and the rooms are like a worndown studenthome, showers are small and toilets not cleaned good enough. The people are nice and friendly but the accomodation isn't good.

Bien,établissement calme,proche du port,et du centre,le seul bemol,nous avons réservé en ligne,sur le site on voyait les chambres avec balcon,et à notre arrivé, nous n'avions pas de balcon,même pas pu prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse et pour nous fumeur,pas pratique,dans l'ensemble satisfaisant quand même, calme,avec parking en supplément que nous avons pris,par contre le ménage, changement de drap et serviettes de bain 1fois par semaine, ca fait 1 peu juste,sinon bonne literie

Dessus d hôtels. Com

Accueil agréables pour l appart pas de balais pas de serpillière n'y saut pas de cafetières donc tout doit être enmene par le client ,pas éponge, pas état dès lieux, meuble salle de bain manque a mettre les poignées faut pas être sorties d ikea pour le voir . Niveaux accessoires de cuisines sa peut satisfaire mais à amélioré. Il à fais chaud très chaud pas de propositions de ventilateur donc jai pris le mien heureusement Simon intenables. Pour ce qui est de la douche pas de pressions sa laisse a désirer. Au final je ne louerai plus dans s'est appart hôtel merci!!

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement

Le lit était très inconfortable et il y avait des cheveux sur les draps et oreillers . 1 semaine de vacances pour dormir dans un tel lit. C'est du n'importe quoi. en plus d'être incliné au milieu, impossible de circuler vers le placard. Salle de bain pas propre et bouchée. La cuisine était pleine de traces de graisse sur les ustensiles. Aucune chaine sur la vieille télé qu'ils qualifient d'écran plat sur le site. Je ne recommande pas cette résidence. A fuir.

Apart'hotel au calme a La Rochelle

Apart'hotel tres bien. Établissement accueillant les chiens. Situé au calme non loin du port et de la plage des minimes. Ideal pour un sejour de vacances. La kitchenette était tres bien équipée, la chambre bien agencée et aménagée. Seul petit bemol, nous avons une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec une grande fenêtre donc pas l'idéal quand on a un chien, car accès directement sur l'extérieur, une petite barriere aurait ete le top. Personnel tres aimable et propriété au top. Je recommande et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Billig og greit

Hotellet ligger i universitetsområde i La Rochelle med gangavstand til togstasjonen, gamlebyen og båthavna, perfekt for mitt opphold med seiling, og restaurantbesøk. Hotellet er kjedelig, men hva gjør vel det når det brukes til å sove i et stille og rolig område av La Rochelle.

La Rochelle gern nochmal, aber woanders.

À la Studentenheim aus den 70ern. Auch für eine teure Gegend total überteuert. Keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster. Ohne Klimaanlage im Hochsommer schwer auszuhalten. Ventilator war nicht aufzutreiben. Lage ruhig, Univiertel. Gutes Restaurant in der Nähe: La Boucherie, wie der Name schon sagt, für Fleischliebhaber.
