In a quiet area within easy walking of city centre, beaches, local shops. Could have been better if there was a bit more information about getting around eg buses, ferries, bikes etc. Staff always polite.

The car park was horrendous, Curtain at the window was difficult to use as the rail was broken so had to use the shutter for privacy but even that was hard to use, the bed was comfortable and clean

We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch.

Not a spa hotel at all just an old pool and facilities in need of repair. Liked kitchenette room.room was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful on arrival. Close to harbour,shops and restaurants. One night stay but wouldn't return for another stay.

Our stay was good. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood, which is great for people with kids. Yet there where lots of shops nearby and its not a far walk to the main town area.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the price. Nice, central location , but a little removed from the noisiness of the bustling downtown area, which was a plus. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude.

Bit further from center than wanted ..directions to hotel not good as road layouts have changed and nightmare getting to hotel.. could do with air conditioning

It is a very basic hotel. Boot camp style. Poor decoration and even poorer breakfast. The receptionists are horrible. Never seen such unpleasant people!

Well positioned for sights of La Rochelle

Had researched and knew there was free car park next door to hotel. Reception reasonably efficient without being friendly. NB - it only opens after 9am so beware if you have an early check out requirement. They give you a code to get in outside reception hours. There is a small indoor swimming pool but we didnt use. Only a 10 min walk to the harbour/chain bridge/Oceanarium. Room perfectly ok with kettle etc

Fabulous but...

We loved the apart-hotel the only thing was, by the time we had a shower we had no hot water. We had done washing up etc, it says there is one hot water tank for the room, it must be tiny and certainly not enough for 3/4 people. We couldn't even have one.

Es war alles sauber. Nur der Fernseher war etwas zu klein. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der Fähre geht es noch leichter.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel par rapport aux quais et quartier ancien. C’était parfait. En ce qui concerne l’hôtel, il est plutôt vieux. Notre chambre aurait besoin d’un Rafraîchissement et d’un peu plus de confort.

En vacances avec un bébé de 6 mois pour 3 jours , lit en supplément 15e nous n’étions pas au courant lors de la réservation, nous payons malgré tout . Arrivée dans la chambre pas de lit nous avons dû aller le chercher nous même car celui ci était oublié . Pas de Clim dans la chambre cela aurait été un plus . Chambre mériterais une petite rénovation. Sol en lino arraché à certains endroits, finition pas top . Niveau ménage nous avons trouver un briquet sous le lit donc on imagine que le ménage n’a pas été fait à cette endroit . Pareil pour le dessus des meubles un peu poussiéreux. Piscine sympa pas trop de monde .

Residence bien située, appartement minimaliste, sans clim , qui devient invivable avec une forte chaleur. Ancun courant d air possible. Aucun message sur l annulation de la caution qui etre realisee ds ls 24h apres le depart.
