「酒店硬件设施非常棒 环境也很好 但是酒店的服务人员态度不好 没有笑脸 回复也不及时；第一天下午让他们送牙刷 答应说会送到我们房间 但当我们晚上10点多回到房间 却没有送到 ；第二天上午又去要了一次 结果还是没有送；直到第三次要求才送过来」

「We were charged for a bunch of things we didn’t use as well as double charged for resort fees. The prices are definitely steep and they were understaffed. The pools are small and were cloudy. The sound proofing is also poor. The staff was nice and the room was clean.」
