「Fantastic, well equipped spacious apartments with massive balconies and animation team that is fantastic with the kids. The pools and splash park are great and the small soft play area is a welcome addition to the facilities too. Great location with a supermarket and lots of nice restaurants near by. There is also a large pedestrianised walkway down to the seafront which is super safe for the kids. Only grip is that the house keeping is a bit hit and miss with atleast one scheduled clean...

「Arrived on late Thursday morning on 14th May. Stood outside for 6 minutes before the virtual receptionist let us in. We had to wait till approximately 2.30 to get into our room. The resort was not busy so cannot see why we couldn’t have obtained our room earlier. We were informed that the rooms only get serviced every other day which we thought was a bit strange as every other apartment/ hotel room we have stayed at has always been serviced everyday day with beds made, bathrooms cleaned and...

「Well.booked through here paid.when got to puerto rico las palmas .i transfer was later didnt react hotel till 11pm on night.then when reacted hotel .total pay breakage fee .whitch we did and was told get bavk when left.but we still have not recieve despoit of £150 euros back.we taken photos of room when left.staff very rude and unhelpful.disgusing」
