"Our six-day stay at Meliá La Palma could not have been better. From the welcoming reception from the staff to every inch of the facilities, we enjoyed it very much. We opted to upgrade to "Level" status, and the perks that it provided were substantial and appreciated. Our room was on the top floor with a spectacular oceanfront view! Well worth the upgrade in our opinion."

The breakfast food was lovely and beautifully presented but the experience was spoiled by many of the staff who had no time for us and were often downright rude. "ok so... nice restaurant, nice people, nice pool, very close to the town plaza in tazzacorte... BUT: terrible beds (old, small, creaking Spanish style beds, small rooms even for top €, and many rooms are too dark - for what they are charging this place is not good enough."

"This was a very pleasant stay in a spacious room. All the personnel was superfriendly and always ready to help out with any requests. Roof top terrace was great to hang out at with beautiful views. Excellent location with good restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance."
