"Having a tall truck wasn't an issue for this hotel as the garage is one of the few with a 7 foot entrance. Staff were also very friendly especially for myself not knowing French and only using English. Room was also spotless and having access to various pots and dishes was extremely good"

"The hotel was beautiful and the room big, nice, clean, modern, and will all necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the beautiful village and has a wonderful view of part of the village, the picturesque mountain and trees, the chairlift and gondola and nice short walk from hotel lobby to the village.The check in and check out were very quick and easy and agent was very nice, helpful and explained everything. I would definitely return and stay longer."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ermitage du Lac in Mont-Tremblant. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the location was excellent. It was close to everything, making it very convenient to walk around the village and enjoy the restaurants, shops, and activities. The hotel was a great place to relax after a day of exploring Mont-Tremblant. We especially appreciated how convenient everything was and how comfortable the room was. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights to go hiking among the fall foliage in Mont Tremblant National Park. The timing was perfect, and I was able to see stunning fall colors even just driving around the hotel’s surroundings. Also, the hotel room was very well cleaned and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, and all the items were new and in excellent condition. These included a refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker (with coffee beans), electric kettle, dish towels, paper towels, and more. The tableware consisted of ceramic dishes, and there were even ceramic mugs for drinks, so we were able to live just as comfortably as we do at home. There was an electric barbecue grill on the balcony. There’s a supermarket about a 10-minute drive away. There was also a convenience store on the hotel grounds, which was very convenient for shopping. I’d definitely like to stay here again the next time I’m in the area! Mont Tremblant National Park で紅葉トレッキングをするために、このホテルで2泊しました。タイミングがちょうど良く、ホテルの周辺のドライブでも素晴らしい紅葉を見ることができました。 また、ホテルの部屋は大変きれいに掃除がしてあり、清潔でした。キッチン用品も必要な物は一色揃っていて、全て新しく良い状態のものが揃えられていました。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、オーブン、IH、コーヒーメーカー(コーヒー豆も)、電気ケトル、布巾類、ペーパータオルなど。食器も陶器の食器でグラスも陶器のマグカップもあり、家で生活しているのと同じように快適に生活できました。ベランダには電気のバーベキューコンロがありました。車で10分くらいのところにスーパーがあります。ホテルの敷地内にも売店があり、買い出しに便利でした。また近くに行く時は利用したいです！"

"Endroit charmant avec toutes les boutiques , beaucoup de restaurants variés, à retourner Moins bon : dans la chambre les fils du tapis se défont, des brises de courant qu’on ne peut pas utiliser car en branchant, la prise tombe. Les carreaux autour du bain jaunit et tapisserie décolle. Pour le prix je m’attendais à un niveau supérieur, j’avais une suite avec cuisinette complète."
