「We had room number eight, an upstairs suite that includes a king size bed, a lounge chair and a small table with two chairs. The room has a charming balcony that overlooks a Koi pond. The bathroom has both a shower and a copper bathtub. The main room also includes a small coffee bar area with sink, for preparing drinks and snacks. A small refrigerator is installed underneath. 「Staff, rooms, basics were all v good to excellent. There is an issue however with how Expedia describes room options. We were able to say in our reservation that we wanted two doubles and a single bed in our triple room. When we arrived, they put us in a room with two single beds. Discussion revealed that a room with two doubles and a single was NOT POSSIBLE, and staff indicated they were not agreeing with Expedia’s descriptions that suggested these options. 」
