「There were hair and blood stains on the bed sheets. There were car horns and engine noises all night long on the roadside. The sound insulation was poor. There was mold in the bathroom and toilet.」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide good English service. Room service is thoughtful and change clean sheets everyday unlike in the US!!! It's a little inconvenient if you arrive late because the entrance to the lobby needs keycard to open, I arrived late and I couldn't get in and was lost for a while.」

「Very nice modern rooms, clean, comfortable beds and attentive staff. Underground parking has plenty of spaces. Good location with a cafe, bakery and japanese restaurant just steps away. Easy access to main roads. Only recommendation is to request a room facing the back of the hotel, and away from the road - as rooms are not sound proof from the outside and traffic can get noisy at rush hour.」
