"This is supposed to be a top rated resort in Ixtapa. We paid for the All-Inclusive and it was a disappointing. The resort only has 4 restaurants where you can have dinner and 3 of those are considered “specialty”. We were only allowed to dine once at each of the restaurants during our 7 day stay. The quality of the food overall was not good. And you couldn’t eat poolside, like what? Also, my bed was hard as a rock. They did put a topper on the mattress after I complained. The walk to the pool was long and the pools themselves were not very inviting. They were all 5ft deep, with no place to lounge. Overall, I would not stay here again."
