Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused.

Convenient for travellers to Luxembourg

We booked two rooms, one was overlooking the square and refurbished, the other was looking over the back of the building but not refurbished. Overall, excellent value for money however, the front looking rooms are much better.

Schade,dass die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übriglässt!

Auf dem Badezimmerboden klebte man fest. Die Klimaanlagennässe hatte im Deckenbereich ekelhafte Flecke hinterlassen. Das Duschgel war bereits benutzt. An der Steckdose fehlte die Fassung

Sorprenden gratamente las habitaciones.

Vimos la puntuación tan alta en booking y reservamos. Al llegar al hotel nos resultó extraña la ubicación porque está a 20 minutos de Charleroi en un pueblo apartado. La fachada es estrecha y anticuada, la recepción muy pequeña pero las habitaciones son prteciosas y muy espacosas. La nuestra en concreto nos sorprendió por las comodidades, una nevera, televisión con internet, cafetera con tes, ducha espaciosa, una cama enorme y comodísima,...

Great hotel in sleepy town

Hotel was easy to find, hotel staff very helpful with parking. Our stay was excellent:- the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the service from the staff excellent. And there are some good places to eat nearby and a Carrefour a couple of mins walk away.

Très bien

Rien à dire d'autre que cet hôtel est parfait, accueil agréable, très grand lit confortable. Seul problème le parking, bien sûr il en existe un à proximité mais payant, se garer aux places avec parcmètres. Pour les repas le restaurant en bas de l'hôtel, qui ne fait pas parti de l'établissement, est correct. Très content, à l'occasion j'y retournerai.

Zur falschen Zeit am falschen Ort

Techno Party direkt neben dem Hotel auf dem Marktplatz. Halbstarke Partygänger prügeln sich vorm Hotel/Fenster. Ruhe Fehlanzeige! Parken kostenlos: sofern man alle 2 Stunden die Parkscheibe manipuliert. Wir haben darauf verzichtet und in der Tiefgarage geparkt = 12 Euro pro Nacht. Frühstück kostet zusätzlich 10 Euro p.P. Hier heißt es schnell sein. Es wird selten bzw. nicht nachgelegt. Was weg ist, ist weg... Das Hotel an sich scheint sauber und die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig. Aber uns hat die Nacht dort wegen der lauten Musik, den zusätzlichen 32 Euro für *gratis* parken und Frühstück sowie der latent arroganten Empfangsdame nicht gefallen. Für das gleiche Geld haben wir in Belgien schon deutlich besser übernachtet.
