"From the airport transfer which was particularly difficult after landing to the superb reception staff service this was a lovely one night stay close to Charleroi airport. It may be basic but rooms are clean and warm , beds are comfy and the pillows outstanding , leading to a fabulous nights sleep. We didn’t do breakfast however the restaurant and bar looked lovely. Little seating areas around reception . Everywhere looked very clean and well kept. Would stay again if using this airport. I would stay the receptionist who welcomed us and checked us out in the morning couldn’t have done more and is well informed , helped with onward travel advise. Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy transport to rail or Brussels Centre "

"Breakfast spread was ok but enjoyed it, seating was comfortable and relaxing. Room was clean and compact. The bed was not as great and I hated the pillows. Staff was friendly and polite. Dinner was delicious and I absolutely enjoyed the photo area and jacuzzi in my room."
