「This is a great find... When you look at the outside it doesn't look like 5 stars...but if you are visiting the Great Sand Dunes this is the place to stay... Very nice staff ..A complete breakfast and a large well appointed room... Could not have been happier with our choice of the Dunes!!」

「I wish I could give more than 3 stars to this property because I do think the staff are doing the best they can. The beds were clean, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and anytime we needed help the staff were great. The hotel needs quite a few upgrades: -the pool “waterpark” doesn’t have a functioning hot tub or slide, it’s just a pool (although it’s very warm which we loved). -the furniture in the game area needs replaced as well as others around the hotel. 「Overall the hotel was great. But mattresses (both the main one and definitely the sofa bed) were in need of replacement. Staff was really amazing, breakfast was great, kid loved the pool, and hotel was clean. Replace the mattress and it’d be perfect.」
