「Great staff very helpful」

「Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect. Hint: Use local app Indrive (like UBER) to save on taxis.」

「The staff was so helpful, kind and welcoming, the breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were clean and had great amenities. We did not use the pool but the patio and pool were very nice to sit out at and look at the sea. The beach nearby was a lot of fun and so beautiful with the cliffs over us.」

「Hotel provided excellent, home-made breakfast. The breakfast was more high-end than any average hotel. It is walkable to nearby shops/restaurants, but need a taxi to visit the archaeological sites and Sidi Bou Said.」

「Check-in process was confusing as the front desk had absolutely no idea on the booking, and they asked us questions, which they’re supposed to know. The room is decent, won’t go into details but the most huge horrible part is the AC. Barely working, all over the hotel and it’s way too hot to tolerate sweating everywhere. Beds aren’t comfortable and the bed linen is way too old to be used to be honest. Never back again..」

「The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. The staff, after seeing how late we got in, made sure that the kitchen stayed open until we woke up so that we could have breakfast. Every time we saw C, the smile that she greeted us...
